In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our white-glove service and usually arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, HARBOUR ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or other international destinations, please contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy on home decor?
We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
